Blake JohnstonFounder · 2024 Tipster of the Year

Racing's in the blood. Blake is the son of champion jockey Malcolm Johnston and has spent his career inside the industry, including at bet365, Unibet, TopBetta and UBet.

He knows how the bookies set their prices, and that's the edge: we only back horses whose real chance is better than the odds say. He co-founded The Leg Up with Sam Wood.

"I really have a lot of fun having a punt knowing I have a form expert who genuinely cares about giving a good tip — not just filling a daily quota."Troy, SA
"The boys do all the hard work in the form guide. We just take the glory on race days. Exactly what I needed — the edge without the hours of research."Chris, TAS
